Minimum Repair Fee

Effective January 01, 2020: For metal building repairs in the Inco Work Zone, the minimum fee is $1500, plus materials, labor, equipment, overhead fees, and a $150 trip fee. The total cost of the repair must be approved before the work can begin. A job deposit must also be placed before the work begins.
