Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise; however, to ensure we can continue providing high-quality service to all clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for any changes. This allows us time to offer the opening to another client.
- Fees: Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a fee of $100.00 or 100% of the scheduled service price, whichever is applicable.
- Late Arrivals: If you anticipate a delay, please notify us immediately. Arriving more than [e.g., 15] minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a same-day cancellation

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that emergencies happen; however, to be fair to our team and other clients, we require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged a minimum fee of $50.00 (Fifty-Dollars) for the first late cancellation, and $250.00 (Two-Hundred and Fifty-Dollars) for the second late cancellation or 100% of the estimated service cost to cover lost time and travel. Future bookings may require pre-payment.
- Late Arrival (Jobsite Meeting or Service Call) If our team arrives at your location and is unable to start work, and/or start a meeting consultation; the appointment may be considered a “No-Show”. If you anticipate arriving late, please call the Inco office, or your project manager.
- Late Arrival (In Office Meeting) If a client fails to show up “on-time” for the appointment – our team is unable to start a meeting consolation; the appointment may be considered a “No-Show” If you anticipate arriving late, please call the Inco office, or your project manager.
- No-Show, No Call Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without a notification phone call, a minimum fee of $250.00 (Two-Hundred-Fifty-Dollars) will be charged for the first no show Missed Appointment. Future bookings may require pre-payment.
Exceptions: We reserve the right to waive fees for verified emergencies or illnesses.
Payment Method: Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file or billed directly to the client, due before any future work can be scheduled.

Warranty: Phone, Email to Cancel Appointment
We understand schedules change! To avoid a $5,000 cancellation fee, please phone call, or email us at least 3 days before your appointment if you need to reschedule.
Cancelation of Warranty Appointment
Due to the specialized nature of our warranty services, appointments cancelled by phone, email within 72-hours of the scheduled day/time will incur a minimum $5,000.00 fee. This fee covers non-refundable costs associated with mobilizing trucks, equipment, and personnel allocated to your service call.
Warranty Cancelation Backcharge Notice
To ensure efficiency, we allocate dedicated resources, including staff and heavy equipment, to all scheduled warranty appointments. Cancellations made with less than [3] days’ notice will result in a back charge of $5,000.00 (minimum) to offset wasted mobilization expenses.
3-Day/72-Hour Warranty Cancelation Notice
We want to serve you as quickly as possible. When you book a warranty appointment, we reserve trucks, equipment, and technicians. To respect our team’s time and avoid a minimum $5,000.00 cancellation charge, please provide notice at least [3] days/72-hours in advance.
