At Inco Steel Buildings, we provide licensed and insured storm damage repair services for commercial and residential metal buildings.
We repair most, but not all metal buildings. Each repair job must first be qualified in-writing.
- All work is customer-paid directly to us – we no longer file insurance claims for storm damage from natural disasters.
- For storm damage repairs, we work on a *first-come, first-served basis as soon as there is an opening in our production schedule.
- All new customers, excluding repair maintenance customers, must reserve us as a business for storm damage repairs.

Project Minimum
Due to the high logistics overhead required to mobilize cranes, heavy rigging tools, and certified superintendents, we enforce a strict $5,000 project minimum on all structural additions, metal re-cladding, and commercial repair contracts.
Insurance Damage Estimate
If your building suffered catastrophic weather or operational impact, we provide comprehensive $1,200 commercial insurance assessments. This covers rigorous engineering analysis, wind-load code validation, and a turnkey itemized line-item scope for your adjuster.
Onsite Repair Consultation
Need a professional evaluation? Our certified specialists provide a deep-dive, $129 onsite building repair consultation to inspect framing integrity, assess damage, and deliver an accurate blueprint trajectory for projects meeting our standard minimums.
