Monolithic Slab or Concrete Pier Foundation Systems
Foundations are Installed by Inco; Not The Customer
Inco Steel Buildings offers concrete foundations with a slab, or without a slab. Customers can choose what they want; concrete slabs are most common, but are not always required in steel building construction; earth or compacted stone aggregates can be used instead of concrete slabs
Avoid Expensive Problems
Metal buildings require a professionally installed, engineered foundation, especially when constructed on clay soil, which is prevalent throughout North Carolina.
Understanding foundations, all of the types and their suitability is crucial for a problem-free long-lasting and durable building. Hire Inco Steel Buildings for a turnkey metal building foundations that are guaranteed in-writing.
Inco Does Not Build Directly on the Ground
Concrete must Support Inco Buildings - Dirt will Not Support Them - A Slab must have Footings.
Inco building engineers require concrete footings or piers for the steel frame to bear upon. A solid concrete foundation is the basis for Inco Steel Buildings, which can be built with an integral slab, floating slab, or without a slab.
Inco Steel Buildings are available with a monolithic concrete foundation with footings and reinforced integrated slab, or vertical concrete piers 24 inches in diameter. Using 6×6 W2.9 6ga Wire Mesh Sheets with rebar for reinforcement, concrete piers or monolithic slabs are constructed over compacted stone aggregates.
