CONCRETE CURE: 28-Day Waiting Period

Prior to weight being placed on the concrete foundation system, regardless of whether it is a monolithic poured slab or piers, Inco Steel Buildings policies specify a minimum compressive strength (4000-psi) requirement for concrete after a certain age (28-day minimum cure time).

Construction Phase

ERECT METAL BUILDING: 100% Complete By Inco

CLEAN JOBSITE. REMOVE EQUIPMENT: By Inco

INSPECTION by CUSTOMER: Walkthrough

INSPECTION by BUILDING DEPT: Final

COMPLETION CERTIFICATE: By Inco

JOB CLOSING: Final Payment to Inco

WARRANTY PERIOD: Limited Lifetime/10-Year/5-Year
