Turnkey Building Progression by Inco

Owner Provides: Site Prep, Land Survey, Plat Plan

SIGN: Building Order Specifications

SIGN: Contract To Build Agreement

The deposit payment fee is due upon signing of the Contract Agreement

PAY DEPOSIT: Bank Check or ACH Bank Transfer

The work begins once the deposit is paid to Inco

BUILDING PERMITS: File/Procure By Inco

Pre Construction Phase

MANUFACTURE BUILDING: By Inco

TOILET DELIVERY: By Inco

BUILDING LAYOUT: By Inco

FOUNDATION SYSTEM: By Inco

CONCRETE CURE: 28-Day Waiting Period

Prior to weight being placed on the concrete foundation system, regardless of whether it is a monolithic poured slab or piers, Inco Steel Buildings policies specify a minimum compressive strength (4000-psi) requirement for concrete after a certain age (28-day minimum cure time).

Construction Phase

ERECT METAL BUILDING: 100% Complete By Inco

CLEAN JOBSITE. REMOVE EQUIPMENT: By Inco

INSPECTION by CUSTOMER: Walkthrough

INSPECTION by BUILDING DEPT: Final

COMPLETION CERTIFICATE: By Inco

JOB CLOSING: Final Payment to Inco

WARRANTY PERIOD: Limited Lifetime/10-Year/5-Year

I recently had the pleasure of talking with Mr John Inman, Owner of the company, about our project to build a Boat & RV storage facility. Having already interviewed several other companies, it became immediately clear that this company, through its owner, has the the kind of integrity and commitment to excellent client experiences, that I was hoping to find. These days, you don't have to travel too far to find slick, profit at any cost, pitchmen but Mr. Inman is entirely different. He is from the old school where his handshake is as good as any piece of paper. Horrible business model. Refused to quote a job and wanted a $300 fee. They seem to take the approach of only working with repeat customers or referrals. Did not appear interested in working with anyone who is doing their due dilligence to find a good builder at a fair price.

Unable to even call to arrange an appointment. The number on the website says (recording)”unassigned number “ and then hangs up!!! Poor way to run a business.
