Inco Steel Buildings, Inc. offers a complete metal building siding repair, replace and reskin service. Inco offers 26-gauge PBR steel panels with exposed screws. Inco metal siding panels are either factory-painted in limited colors, or galvanized and unfinished.

Notes: In most cases, but not all, the Inco siding repair doesn’t require the customer to empty, and/or move out of the building.

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT patch siding!! We REPLACE the entire siding on the entire building.

A five-stage work process consists of: siding inspection, siding preparation, siding repair, new metal siding panel installation, and a final inspection of all completed work.

The process begins with a siding inspection, assessment, and fact gathering so that the job cost range and work description can be determined. Panel color, finish, and type are selected by the customer.

During the siding preparation stage, the siding repair work includes siding cleaning debris removal, repair of loose fasteners, and repairing damaged panels.

The new metal siding panel installation stage includes a metal siding layover of the old siding panels when structurally allowable. NOTES: In the event that a siding layover is not possible, the old metal siding panels will be removed and replaced.

A final inspection of all completed work is conducted by Inco with the customer.

Insurance claim estimates are not free, and service calls are not free for our business because they incur significant costs, including labor, travel, vehicle expenses, and the time spent assisting customers as well as office administrative hours. Insurance quote fees, and service call fees are charged to cover these expenses. Additionally, the minimum fee for metal building repairs in the Inco Work Zone is $2000, plus the cost of materials, labor, equipment, overhead fees, and a trip fee. Work on a repair cannot begin until the total cost of the repair and the work description have been approved in writing.

Please understand, we have to adhere to a minimum job size in 2025, as inflation makes it difficult for us to send a crew, truck, equipment, and forklift for siding repairs that last only a day or two.

Five-Stage Process: Metal Building Siding Repair

1). Siding Inspection and Assessment: The Inco professional siding inspection determines the metal siding condition so a siding repair can be planned accordingly. The new metal panel color, finish, and type must be selected by the customer.
2). Siding Preparation: This is crucial for the new siding installation, panel layover.
- - Debris Removal: When/if required, debris are cleared from the siding surface.
  - Cleaning/Washing: When/if required, clean and/or wash the existing siding surface
  - Repairs: When/if required, repair loose screws, and/or damaged panels.
3). New Metal Siding Panel Installation: Install the metal panel type, color, and finish the customer selected and approved.
4). Customer Inspection of Completed Work: A final inspection of all completed work is conducted by Inco with the customer before payment is made.
5). Job Closing: The worksite is cleaned, and all equipment and materials are removed by Inco.

Workmanship Warranty: Five or Ten-Years

Inco’s workmanship warranty is in writing, included in every contract we sign, and is transparent and easy to understand.

Depending on the project specifications and outlined in the Contract To Build Agreement we sign with every customer, Inco provides a five or ten year workmanship warranty.
