Step 4: Local Permitting & Regulatory Approvals
- Turnkey Permit Management: As part of our complete design-build service, INCO handles the submission and procurement of all required local structural building permits.
- Engineering Hand-Off: Our in-house drafting department prepares the conceptual drawings and hands them off directly to the two specialized engineers required to secure official building department approval.
- Fee Reimbursement: The customer will reimburse INCO for all third-party fees required to procure the building permits, including all specialized engineering fees.
- Owner Cooperation: The property owner is responsible for providing parcel identification numbers, proof of land ownership, and any local zoning or HOA approvals required by your specific municipality before building permits can be issued.
