By submitting the form, the user (Landowner(s) agrees to all of the terms and conditions set forth below.

BEFORE SENDING THE FORM, THE USER CHECKED THE FORM FOR ACCURACY.

While using this website to submit the form, the (User) Landowner(s) agrees with and approves Geolocation for identifying and recording their exact location. Geolocation involves identifying the physical location of objects or people through digital data, such as IP addresses, GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower signals.

The Landowner(s) will receive a TURNKEY BUILDING PRICE within 24 hours of completing the “Metal Building Buyer” form.

Based on the Landowner(s) input, the site location, the existing conditions at the site, and the topography of the land, the Contract Agreement Sale Price will be determined. 

Landowner(s) understand that Inco Steel Buildings Inc. must travel to the property location to verify the topography and the existing conditions, including the jobsite driveway and the jobsite entrance.

Landowner(s) further understand that Inco Steel Buildings Inc. must verify this price as listed, and the users input on this form since technology is not perfect. Email and phone call confirmation will be used to verify the users input on this form.

Landowner(s) further understand that the price listed herein may: stay the same, be reduced, or be increased. Under most conditions, but not all conditions, the price will not change.
