We respect our client’s and their valuable time. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. However, our time is valuable.   A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid an appointment cancellation fee.  No-shows will be charged $100.00-dollars, or 100% of the service price. We value your time and ours.   If you anticipate a delay in arriving to a meeting, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.   Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our business.

Appointment Cancellation Policy | Missed Appointment Policy | Late Arrival Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that emergencies happen; however, to be fair to our team and other clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a minimum fee of $50.00 (Fifty-Dollars) for the first late cancellation, and $150.00 (One-Hundred and Fifty-Dollars) for the second late cancellation or 100% of the estimated service cost to cover lost time and travel. Future bookings may require pre-payment.
  • Late Arrival (Jobsite Meeting or Service Call) If our team arrives at your location and is unable to start work, and/or start a meeting consultation; the appointment may be considered a “No-Show”.   If you anticipate arriving late, please call the Inco office, or your project manager.
  • Late Arrival (In Office Meeting) If a client fails to show up “on-time” for the appointment – our team is unable to start a meeting consolation; the appointment may be considered a “No-Show” If you anticipate arriving late, please call the Inco office, or your project manager.
  • No-Show, No Call Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without a notification phone call, a minimum fee of $100.00 (One-Hundred-Dollars) will be charged for the first no show Missed Appointment.  Future bookings may require pre-payment.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to waive fees for verified emergencies or illnesses.

Payment Method: Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file or billed directly to the client, due before any future work can be scheduled.
