Estimates and prices for building projects require information.

The NC State building codes require us to obtain the relevant engineering drawings and a copy of the building permit whenever a foundation is installed on the property, and we are not the installing contractor. Structural requirements as per Section R401 for residential properties (or) Section 1801 for commercial properties.

Whenever a foundation is installed on the property and we are not the contractor installing it, the NC State building codes require us to obtain the relevant engineering drawings and the building permit issued for the foundation.
