With costs as little as $50K for a basic three-wall, small addition, you can easily add turnkey metal building additions to your building by hiring Inco Steel Buildings, Inc as your addition services general contractor.

As little as $50,000 can be spent. Inco’s turnkey $50,000 addition budget is a starting fee that will expand most metal buildings, but not all. Inco will verify this budget allocation for each building and the addition work description provided by the customer.

Existing conditions at the project location will affect the budget and price for metal building addition services. The construction cost for the project depends on the existing building conditions, the addition requirements, and the features the customer wants included in the additions work description. The addition interior is left unfinished unless specified otherwise in the contract agreement. As soon as the building is handed over to the customer, the interior can be finished according to his or her wishes. Customer purchases all interior building permits.

Turnkey Additions for Enginnered Metal Buildings

Inco can provide a turnkey metal building addition that includes the following components: structural engineering and design, building permits, steel building package, concrete foundation, existing foundation tie-in and modifications, existing wall and roof tie-in and attachment including waterproofing and flashings, new doors, windows, all ancillary building materials, professional labor, equipment, construction management, and commercial insurances as required by law.

Optional services can include trade contractors for system installations and interior finishing of the addition interior.

Horrible business model. Refused to quote a job and wanted a $300 fee. They seem to take the approach of only working with repeat customers or referrals. Did not appear interested in working with anyone who is doing their due dilligence to find a good builder at a fair price.
