⚠️ Building Permit & Rezoning Allocation Rules
Please note that municipal Building Permit fees and coordination allocations are strictly excluded from our baseline package sale prices. Due to the highly variable regulatory rates, jurisdiction surcharges, and localized zoning structures charged across different North Carolina cities and counties, permit costs cannot be integrated into a standardized flat rate.
While our team manages the submittal processes to fast-track your approval timeline, Inco Steel Buildings, Inc. is reimbursed directly by the customer for the exact cost of all municipal fees, plus all dedicated administrative time required to procure the permits. This reimbursement policy explicitly includes any additional engineering modifications or secondary stamped calculations if requested or mandated by the governing regulatory authority during the review process.
STRICTLY EXCLUDED: Complex municipal land rezoning processes, property variance applications, easement acquisitions, and legal land-use tracking frameworks are completely outside our scope of service and are not included in any package tier.
