1. Pre-Construction Services Agreement
Authorizes initial conceptual architectural drafting, to-scale elevation configurations, red-iron structural column layout co-evaluation, and detailed line-item project material budget forecasting.
2. Site Development Feasibility Contract
Authorizes Inco to act as Prime Consultant and Building Owner Advisor to safely investigate raw parcel metrics and interface directly with local North Carolina county zoning and permitting boards.
3. Impervious Surface & Watershed Worksheet
Provides the mandated 8.5" × 11" printable property evaluation form required to audit hardscape allocations and verify Jordan or Falls Lake environmental watershed boundary compliance.
