Inco Steel Buildings, Inc. • Regulatory Zoning & Permitting Audit Standard

Purpose of Engagement: This independent contract authorizes Contractor to act explicitly as Prime Consultant and Building Owner Advisor to navigate local North Carolina county zoning, setbacks, and local permitting planning boards.

A. Mandated Research & Audit Benchmarks:

• Zoning & Land Use Verification: Thorough auditing of local zoning classifications, county master layout plans, and property overlay constraints to validate legal building compliance before procurement begins.
• Setback & Easement Cross-Checking: Evaluation of local fire separation codes, environmental watershed limitations, hydrological runoff parameters, and public utility layout clearances.
• Logistical Site-Readiness Review: Field analysis of subgrade soil conditions, mass grading constraints, heavy crane setup coordinates, and mandatory 14'x12' machinery access path clearances.

B. LIABILITY AND GOVERNING BOUNDARY DISCLOSURES:

Owner acknowledges that local county municipal answer loops operate independently of Contractor control. This contract explicitly covers professional labor hours expended conducting official research. Inco guarantees absolute technical accuracy of all compiled data, ensuring your property asset is completely de-risked prior to launching formal engineering lines or factory production.
