Electrical and LED lighting systems are available for all Inco metal buildings.
Service, Meter, Circuit Breaker Panel
Service entrances, meters, and breaker panels are usually located on exterior walls, unless otherwise specified in the electrical drawings.
Licensed Commercial Electrician
Electrical Permits are purchased by Inco or its licensed electrician. All electrical work will conform to the NEC and all applicable N.C. State Electrical Codes.
Metal Building Electrical System
The Inco basic electrical system will consist of a 100-amp or 200-amp breaker panel, 110-volt receptacles, LED interior and exterior lights and wall switch.
LED Exterior/Interior Light Fixtures
Commercial-grade lighting and electrical circuitry is used, along with both rigid and flexible metal and non metallic conduit for all circuit feeds.
Metal Building Exhaust Fan Option
Optional and custom-built, we offer commercial-grade exhaust fans with diameters of 24 to 40 inches and either a three-phase or 115-volt motor for continuous use.
Automatic Exhaust Fan Shutter
The Inco Whole Building Exhaust Fans are belt-driven and are equipped with a durable intake and exhaust screen guard and an automatic metal blade exhaust shutter.

Inco Whole Building Exhaust Fans are belt-driven and feature a 1/2 HP continuous duty motor, a durable intake and exhaust screen guard, and an automatic metal blade exhaust shutter. NOTE: Each fan is designed and manufactured specifically for Inco for each building, including its size, motor specifications, building application, and use.
