⚠️ IMPORTANT PROJECT SCOPE NOTICE:

These subcontracting positions are strictly for commercial and residential remodeling projects, as well as new construction traditional wood-framed and post-frame structures. These subcontractors will NOT be working on our pre-engineered steel buildings or heavy metal structures.

Your crew will execute architectural window installations across our low-volume pipeline:

Occupied Residential Replacements: Whole-home window retrofitting requiring absolute cleanliness, professional customer conduct, master-level interior trim work, and clean exterior capping extensions.
Wood-Frame Commercial Renovations: Setting, leveling, and sealing high-performance window packages into complex wood-framed commercial renovation layouts.
Technical Window Versatility: Extensive hands-on experience executing both precision window insert units and complete, structural window frame unit replacements.
SolidStud™ Post Frame Buildings: Integrating advanced window structural packages seamlessly into our patented, proprietary 8x8 post-frame building systems.
🔥 The Steel & CFS Framing Advantage: If your crew has verified experience installing new construction window frame units in red iron steel or Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) metal buildings, please let us know. That expertise is a massive plus and a major advantage for future pipeline opportunities.

Line-Item Bidding: Each project must be bid with a clear, transparent line-item breakdown for cost. We do not accept unitemized estimates.
Full Commercial Insurance: Every subcontractor must provide verifiable certificates of insurance showing active commercial coverage for General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto Coverage.
OSHA Safety Compliance: All work must be executed safely using fully rated equipment in strict compliance with all OSHA standards. We maintain zero tolerance for unsafe jobsite practices.

Article 1.3. Builder Equipment

Subcontractor acknowledges that Inco provides and delivers a telehandler and a scissor lift directly to the job site prior to the work start date. Subcontractor explicitly agrees that any use or operation of such provided machinery shall be conducted strictly by fully trained and certified operators in complete compliance with OSHA guidelines.

Article 1.4. Payment Process

Subcontractor acknowledges that Inco issues same-day bank wire transfers on Fridays at 7:00 AM. To ensure processing, payment requests must be submitted by 4:00 PM on Wednesday. We agree that work must pass field supervisor inspection to trigger checkout cycles.
