Window Replacement & Installation Subcontractors Needed
Inco Steel Buildings, Inc. is actively recruiting highly experienced, qualified, and fully insured window installation subcontractors. Backed by our 50-year legacy of building excellence, we partner exclusively with top-tier independent crews who appreciate organized jobsites and understand the critical importance of a strict project timeline.
Led by our owner, John Inman, who brings 40 years of hands-on construction experience, we maintain tight operational control to ensure flawless architectural execution. We don't rush through sloppy installations. We seek elite window crews looking to expand their businesses through steady, professional, and long-term partnerships.
⚠️ IMPORTANT PROJECT SCOPE NOTICE:
These subcontracting positions are strictly for commercial and residential remodeling projects, as well as new construction traditional wood-framed and post-frame structures. These subcontractors will NOT be working on our pre-engineered steel buildings or heavy metal structures.
Your crew will execute architectural window installations across our low-volume pipeline:
- Occupied Residential Replacements: Whole-home window retrofitting requiring absolute cleanliness, professional customer conduct, master-level interior trim work, and clean exterior capping extensions.
- Wood-Frame Commercial Renovations: Setting, leveling, and sealing high-performance window packages into complex wood-framed commercial renovation layouts.
- Technical Window Versatility: Extensive hands-on experience executing both precision window insert units and complete, structural window frame unit replacements.
- SolidStud™ Post Frame Buildings: Integrating advanced window structural packages seamlessly into our patented, proprietary 8x8 post-frame building systems.
- 🔥 The Steel & CFS Framing Advantage: If your crew has verified experience installing new construction window frame units in red iron steel or Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) metal buildings, please let us know. That expertise is a massive plus and a major advantage for future pipeline opportunities.
Mandatory Vetting & Compliance Baseline:
- Line-Item Bidding: Each project must be bid with a clear, transparent line-item breakdown for cost. We do not accept unitemized estimates.
- Full Commercial Insurance: Every subcontractor must provide verifiable certificates of insurance showing active commercial coverage for General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto Coverage.
- OSHA Safety Compliance: All work must be executed safely using fully rated equipment in strict compliance with all OSHA standards. We maintain zero tolerance for unsafe jobsite practices.
The High-Control Blueprint (Our On-Site Promise):
We don't manage by phone. To guarantee an uncompromised outcome, John Inman physically conducts weekly site inspections, and professional project management is stationed on each project full-time, physically opening and closing the job every single day, Monday to Saturday. No overlapping trades will trip over your staging, rough openings are pre-checked, and materials are ready when you arrive.
