OUR PROCEDURE: We install a new metal roof over the old one that is engineer designed and 100% building code approved in NC. You do not have to move out of your building while the work is being done because there is no downtime with your building. The Inco Roof Retrofit System eliminates rusted metal roofs permanently. The roof, downspouts and gutters are replaced, and the roof panels are watertight, engineered and building code-compliant. INSPECTION: A roof and wall exterior inspection is carried out first to ensure that water is not infiltrating the building and damaging the insulation. Whenever holes or points of entry are found, we will propose repairs and complete all repairs before the insulation is repaired or the insulation retrofit system is installed.
OUR PROCEDURE: We repair all damaged insulation in the ceiling or walls. We install a new liner over all repaired areas.
Note: Insulation repair is for repairing small areas of damaged insulation, whereas insulation retrofit is for replacing the entire insulation system in the roof/ceiling or walls.
